“Exploring the Frontiers of Aikido”.
Vom 4.–7. Juni 2015 werden Robert Nadeau Shihan, 7. Dan aus San Francisco, Patrick Cassidy Sensei, 6. Dan aus Montreux, und Miles Kessler Sensei, 5. Dan aus Tel Aviv, wieder ein 4-Tage-Intensiv-Seminar in Bochum unterrichten.
In diesem Jahr wird eine der erfahrensten amerikanischen Aikidolehrerinnen ebenfalls in Bochum unterrichten. Linda Holiday praktiziert seit 45 Jahren Aikido und war eine der ersten westlichen Aikidoschülerinnen die seit 1973 in Japan gelebt und bei direkten Schülern O-Sensei`s gelernt hat. Sie ist die Autorin des Buches „Journey to the Heart of Aikido“ und Chief Instructor bei Aikido of Santa Cruz.
Wir freuen uns sehr sie in diesem Jahr bei uns zu haben. Sie wird an Stelle von Jan Nevelius unterrichten der leider aus persönlichen Gründen nicht teilnehmen kann.
Außerdem Special Guest: Thorsten Schoo 6. Dan Seishinkai , Frankfurt.
Das Seminar beginnt am Donnerstag um ca. 15.00 und endet am Sonntag um ca. 15.00 mit jeweils 4 Stunden Training. Freitag und Samstag ca. jeweils 6 Stunden Training.
Am Freitagabend wird es voraussichtlich wieder eine Podiumsveranstaltung mit den Sensei und am Samstagabend Möglichkeit zu einem gemeinsamen Abendessen geben.

Die Teilnahmegebühr enthält die Bereitstellung von Tee, Kaffe oder Mineralwasser in den Trainingspausen und beträgt ab dem 1.3. 150 Euro, ab dem 1.5. 165 Euro .Ein Tag 65 Euro, zwei Tage 120 Euro. Stornokosten: 30 Euro bei schriftlichen Absagen bis 1.3., 40 Euro bis zum 1.6., danach die volle Teilnahmegebühr, falls kein Ersatzteilnehmer gestellt werden kann. Die Bezahlungsmodalitäten erhaltet ihr nach der Anmeldung per e-mail.

Kosten: EZ mit Frühstück 51 Euro pro Nacht, DZ mit Frühstück 63 Euro pro 2 Personen und Nacht (Stand 30.11.2014).

We would like to invite you to this very special event, which will be held in Bochum. The theme for this seminar will be
“Exploring the Frontiers of Aikido”.
This amazing event is scheduled over 4 days.
The seminar will focus on Aikido and it’s evolution.
The event will host 4 innovative senseis: Robert Nadeau Shihan, 7th dan, Linda Holiday Sensei, 6th dan, Patrick Cassidy Sensei, 6th dan, and Miles Kessler Sensei, 5th dan.
Special Guest: Thorsten Schoo 6. Dan Seishinkai , Frankfurt.
All styles of Aikido are welcome.
All of the senseis are committed not only to the practice of the Art of Aikido but to the exploration of its deeper principles, processes and perspectives.
This year we have the great pleasure to welcome Linda Holiday, one of America`s most experienced female Aikido teachers. She is the author of „Journey to the heart of Aikido“ and Chief Instructor at Aikido of Santa Cruz. In 1973 she moved to Japan to learn Aikido from the founders direct students, especially Hikitsuchi Sensei, 10th Dan and Anno Sensei, 8th Dan in Shingu.
Jan Nevelius Shihan will not be able to to teach this years seminar for personal reasons.
The seminar will start on Thursday 3.00 p.m. and end on Sunday 3.00 p.m. with 4 hours of Training each day. Friday and Saturday classes will be around 6 hours. On Friday night we are planning to have a platform event with the Sensei and on Saturday night there will be a chance for a communal dinner.

The reduced fee is 150 Euro and includes tea, coffee or mineral water during the breaks.From 1.5. it is 165 Euro. Single days 65 Euro.Two days 120 Euro. Refunds minus 30 Euro for written cancellations till 1.2., minus 40 Euro till 1.6., after that no refunds will be made if nobody else can take your place. Payment specifics will be sent to you after registration via e-mail.
Participants will be limited to 100 and there is the possibillity to stay overnight right on the beautiful and quiet seminar grounds. (51 Euro single room for one incl. breakfast, 63 Euro double room for two incl. breakfast).
